Filing a Takedown Notice
If you are a rights holder (or an authorised agent) and believe that material on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@reminiapkpro.in with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include:
- Your full name, organisation and contact details
- A description of the copyrighted work you own
- The exact URL of the material you believe infringes it
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
What Happens Next
Valid notices are reviewed promptly, and infringing material is removed or disabled as quickly as we reasonably can. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing details.
Counter Notices
If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter notice to the same email address with your details and an explanation. We will review it in line with applicable law.
